Charles Southey has been a chef for 22 years.He recently opened the mexican restaurant, Skybar, in Kimberley. "I have travelled to Mexico many times before and it is my favourite cuisine. I'm very passionate about coooking mexican food. I plan to concentrate in the best mexican food and the best service with Skybar. Soon we will be doing live cooking in the restaurant and eventually host fun cooking classes."

The restaurant only plays Cuban music and have great cuban cigars. "My vision is that everyone who visits us have such a great experience that they cannot help talking about it. Seeing satisfaction on peoples' faces is what drives me as a chef and restauranteur. At the end of the day, that is what we at the Skybar Mexican restaurant are out to achieve-serving the best quality product and treating people with great service."
